Distractions should be minimized in order to maintain the integrity of the massage, and stay within the massage timeframe. Massages are for the duration of the scheduled time. No extra time will be alloted for distractions or client tardiness unless prior consent between therapist and client. An adult must be present during childrens massage. This is the law, no exceptions!
24 Hour Advance Notice
This is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you are not ready or not available for your massage upon arrival of the therapist, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgot their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may only be used for the specific named services. They may not be split between individuals for services, time or cost and are non-transferable. They expire 90 days from purchase and can not be redeemed after expiration. Gift certificates must be presented in order to be redeemed. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. Photo copies of gift certificates will not be accepted.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Full payment is expected before or after treatment. All clients, whether
they have recieved treatment or booked an appointment are bound by
this policy without any prejudice or exemption. Gratuity is not included
